I believe that therapy is a healthy and proactive way to facilitate healing, growth, and wellness. I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor who is committed to helping people find individualized solutions to personal challenges.  My clinical experience includes treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders, depression, grief and loss, stress management, relationships, attachment, life transitions, and chronic illness. Some of my training includes EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness based practices and person centered. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to your specific needs.  Everyone is unique with different experiences bringing them to begin this journey so I believe it is very important to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in which everyone can feel safe to explore their inner selves.

Therapy is a wonderful way to better understand yourself and your life. In working together, we can explore how your past has impacted your current life, how to foster acceptance and create changes in the present, and consider what you would like your future to look like. I approach my clients by seeing them as a whole person and will work to create a therapeutic space that feels effective for you. With warmth and compassion, I am willing to help you with whatever comes in up therapy. I use a combination of Person-Centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR to help you where you are. With my experience working in a mental health agency, I always consider how each of my clients exist in different systems, different spaces, and in different identities.
